Pharmacy Weight Loss Watford is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultation and prescription services to patients in Watford and across the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis by our prescribing team.
All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified, registered prescriber. Prescriptions are generated in accordance with UK clinical guidelines and are valid only for the individual named.
You must provide honest and complete information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in harm and termination of your account. We may contact your GP with relevant clinical information where patient safety requires it.
Our pharmacist reserves the right to decline or cancel a prescription at their clinical discretion without obligation to provide detailed reasoning beyond patient safety.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our systems. In the event that your prescription is declined by our pharmacist, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are subject to Royal Mail or courier partner performance and may vary during bank holidays or periods of high demand.
Medicines are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery or that a safe location is arranged. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via our website or email. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and for patient safety reasons.
Non-prescription products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unopened condition. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10 working days of receipt.
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services do not replace your regular GP or primary care provider. If you experience a medical emergency or serious adverse reaction, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.
Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. Our clinical team will discuss these with you during your consultation. It is your responsibility to read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
